From April 26th 2014, the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) will take effect. One of the main impacts of this legislation is that all mortgages arranged must go through a fully advised process undertaken by qualified individuals.
Surprisingly, a high number of building society and bank staff do not meet the new rules and will no longer be permitted to offer such advice. This current season we Rowledge Cricket Club will be entering 8 youth teams in the Hampshire Youth Leagues. The total membership is about 600 people.
