How has Brexit affected the housing market and what is going to happen to property values?
It’s been 3 months since the outcome of the referendum and I am delighted to report that the gloomy predictions of a crash in house prices and the market grinding to a halt have not materialised. The third quarter has been very much “business as usual”, following its traditional pattern with base values holding and the seasonal levelling of activity once the schools broke up for the summer holidays.
