Pit Farm Tennis Club in Hillier Road, Guildford is holding the prestigious Grade 3 Regional Open Tournament from Monday 20th July - Saturday 25th July 2015 and sponsored by Burns & Webber. Courts at Guildford High School will also be used.
This tournament has been a feature of Surrey Junior Tennis for over 60 years. This year, in addition to U12, U14, U16 and U18 for boys and girls, they will also be staging men's and ladies open singles events. The 2015 Surrey Property Awards are designed to recognise best practice in all aspects of the property industry. These awards are unlike other property awards, as the winners are not chosen by a panel, but by members of the public.

This is not a political commentary. It is simply our view of what we consider will happen in the Surrey property market now that the election is over.
We anticipate a swell in general activity as the brakes come off for many who have held back from moving this spring until the election was over, irrespective of who might have won. Some have held back, fearful of tax changes (especially at the upper levels of the market) and legislation surrounding property ownership and rental. Most however, held back as part of a national knee jerk reaction.
