“Matt, thank you for convincing me to go with Burns & Webber to sell our property. I bet that you wouldn't be able to sell it for the asking price - this is one bet I was glad to lose!”Wodeland Avenue, Guildford
“Dear Tanis, I would like to thank you and everyone at Burns & Webber for making the sale of my apartment so easy. I much appreciated your help and keeping me informed. Thank you again.”London Road, Guildford
“Burns & Webber were the best and only successful Estate Agent we used in our 3 years of trying to sell our house. They were very efficient in advertising the property and organising viewings. Once the sale was agreed they monitored and eased the whole process wonderfully well. Thank you very much!”York Road, Guildford
“From our first interaction with Ian, we realised that there was a clear distinction between Burns & Webber and other estate agencies. Within less than two months, we are packing to move! Everybody is warm, friendly and professional. Special credit goes to Matt. His good judgements helped us achieve a very quick sale.”Macdowall Road, Guildford
“Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to everyone for making our move happen. The move went smoothly and we are loving the new house. Thank you for your help along the way. We really appreciate the effort you all put in to keep the chain together and push completion through.”Barton Road, Bramley
“Thank you for your help and support whilst I was selling my cottage. I was surprised it sold so quickly, but delighted with the outcome. You were always there at the end of the phone keeping me informed of the progress. I would happily recommend Burns & Webber as Estate Agents. ”School Lane, Pirbright
“We realised today that completion is exactly 3 months from when you gave us a valuation; the buyers saw the house only 6 hours after we signed the contract. We are really grateful that you made our move to Dorset happen so quickly.”Wodeland Avenue, Guildford
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the very good service. We found yourself and your staff very professional, polite and friendly in our interactions and we would like to pass on our sincere thanks for that.”Wilderness Road, Guildford
“Matt, many thanks and worth all the effort, we are very pleased with the way you and your colleagues have helped us with both the sale and the purchase. Very best wishes.”Albury Road, Guildford
“Dear Ian and Matt, we wanted to write and say a big thank you for all of the help you gave us earlier this year. We appreciated very much the speed with which you sold our property (having marketed it at a significantly higher price than the competitors of yours) and are very grateful for the great service and support you provided to us.”Linersh Wood Close, Bramley
In 2007 Burns & Webber became part of the Curchods network of estate agency offices which, having recently expanded 21 Surrey offices, means we can offer you an astonishing profile and marketing reach, as we are now the largest independent estate agent in the county.
Lords are especially well suited to become part of the group as they too focus heavily on providing outstanding customer service. These additional 4 branches in our network give us an increased ability to bring London buyers to Surrey's commuter towns of Godalming and Guildford and also the... read more
From April 26th 2014, the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) will take effect. One of the main impacts of this legislation is that all mortgages arranged must go through a fully advised process undertaken by qualified individuals.
Surprisingly, a high number of building society and bank staff do not meet the new rules and will no longer be permitted to offer such advice. This will result in lengthy delays for customers even to get an appointment to see a qualified adviser with regards to their mortgage. To achieve their lending targets (15 to 20% higher than last year), it is thought that the building societies and banks will now seek to use intermediaries such as... read more
