Summary
Located in the heart of Wood Street Village backing on to Graylands Farm, this pretty period home is far larger than initially apparent, offering three reception rooms and four bedrooms; it really delivers excellent family accommodation over two floors. The property is set back and occupies a part walled corner plot with the majority of the generous gardens to the front with a south aspect. Unusually for a period home it also offers off-street parking and a garage so there is much to admire and an early viewing is recommended. EPC: D; Council Tax Band: F
