Our Fee

When you instruct us there is no upfront fee

Our fee is only payable once your property is sold and is proportional to the value we achieve. As a result we are highly motivated to secure you the highest possible price. We never stop short in our negotiations.

Here is a breakdown of the services we provide when you instruct us:


We’ll organise the photography and floorplans and produce a colour brochure for your property and we’ll advertise your property both digitally and where appropriate in print and in our prominent high street offices.


Before an offer is presented to you, we’ll check the buyer’s ability to proceed financially, that their timescale meets with yours and that their motivation is strong.


Whilst we cannot force a buyer to pay more than they have or wish to pay, but we negotiate hard on your behalf and will always aim to achieve the best possible price for your property.


When an offer is accepted on a property our work has just begun. We stay on top of the deal until contracts have exchanged. We weight our efforts on this task and as a result nearly 90% of our sales agreed reach exchange and completion, versus the industry average which is in the region of 67%.
