Weekend Lettings Assistant - Curchods, Weybridge Lettings

Hourly Rate: £10

Hours: Every Saturday, 9am-5pm

Type: Permanent

Mortgage and Protection Consultant - Curchods Mortgage Services 

Salary: £80,000 OTE including basic + car allowance + uncapped commission

Location: TBA

We currently have an opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Consultant to join our team. Supported by an enthusiastic and dynamic team you will be provided with a regular supply of good quality referrals whilst using your experience and communication skills to generate your own business leads from one or more of our busy estate agency offices. 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • full CeMAP or FPC/CeFA qualification
  • minimum 1 years' experience and proven track record in a mortgage and protection sales environment
  • target driven and results orientated
  • professional and confident approach
  • able to the drive and ambition to succeed
  • you must have your own car and hold a valid UK driving licence

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 pa basic + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 - £40,000+ per annum) + car allowance and reimbursement for business mileage

Hours: Full time

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy West Byfleet branch and become a valued member of the friendly team. Sector experience is preferred, but consideration will be given to those who have worked in a similar role.

The ideal applicant will require the following skill set:

  • have 12+ months estate agency or relevant experience
  • be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude and the drive and ambition to succeed
  • show strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English, both verbal and written

Assistant Mortgage Administrator - Curchods Mortgage Services

Salary: £20,000 

Location: West Horsley

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly team in West Horsley, Surrey. The role would be suitable for a college leaver looking to start a career in the mortgage industry or an administrator looking to return to work.  Based at our head office in West Horsley the role will include general office duties, such as:

  • answering calls in a timely manner
  • uploading client documentation to the back office system 
  • providing lenders with supporting case documentation
  • updating spreadsheets

We are looking for an Administrator who is keen to learn within the mortgage industry and who would be comfortable in a fast paced environment. 

Key skills required include:

  • computer literacy
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
