Welcome to our estate agency office in Cranleigh. We specialise in residenital properties for sale in Cranleigh and the surrounding villages with properties for sale throughout GU6 and beyond.
I began my career in estate agency in the early 1980’s, 23 years of which have been with Burns & Webber and our sister company, Curchods. I have worked in various towns and villages across Surrey which has provided me with wealth of knowledge and experience over a broad marketplace. I pride myself on excellent local knowledge and outstanding customer service, looking to build honest, professional relationships with my clients based on trust and expertise. I moved to the area with my family in 2007 and settled in Alfold - and we have never looked back. Having the opportunity to live and work locally, in such a wonderful area, I count myself a lucky man! I truly understand and love the lifestyle this area offers, from the charming village community to the beautiful surrounding countryside. My wife works within the village at Glebelands School and my children are now at college and working within the area.

After 3 months of buyer drought, a sale agreed after only a week or so with new agent. Despite it taking over 12 months to be finalised due to issues up the chain Clive and his team were always up to speed, keeping us in the loop and keeping us motivated.

Clive came to value my home and was very professional and gave me good advice and I immediately felt I could trust him with my house sale. I interviewed other agents and he was definitely the best. Once I had instructed, Kevin took over as negotiator and did a fantastic job.
My house has a couple of down sides one of which is being on a very busy road. Kevin got loads of people over the door step and was unstintingly professional and above all cheerful! Soon I had an offer and I had seen another property on with the same agents that I wanted to buy, so I got to see them operating from both sides of the table. Again, I cannot fault them. There was a bit of a sticky patch whilst trying to proceed to exchange of contracts but again, Kevin stuck to his guns and got the job done.
