If you are thinking of selling your property, book an appointment with us for a market appraisal of your home. This service is free and without obligation. Once your appointment is booked, we start researching evidence of similar properties nearby that have recently sold as well as properties that are currently on the market. This means we will have a good basis for our valuation figure.

We will also have started looking at our buyer database to identify possible interested parties so that when required, we can provide you with an indication of the likely demand for your property, before it goes on the market.
