“Where to begin… Through no fault of Curchods, our sales process has been interminable and quite painful. From buyers pulling out, losing properties, getting to exchange dates and being “ghosted”, difficult negotiations with buyers etc etc etc… it’s not been the best experience. Having said that, without fail Curchods have been supportive, patient, clear…. And brilliant. Over an 18-month process we’ve got to know Kate, Martin and Laura very well and they’ve always been great!! When everything’s going wrong you just need calmness and clarity, and they’ve always provided that fantastically. Right up to the last minute and aptly with Laura having to hang around late on a Friday to give us our new keys, they’ve gone far above and beyond. I’ll miss our daily calls!! Would thoroughly recommend.”
