Four Seasons Hampshire Voucher Terms and Conditions

Sell Your property with Burns & Webber Prime and receive a £500 voucher for Four Seasons Hampshire. Simply instruct Burns & Webber Prime to sell your property before 31st December 2022 and you will receive a £500 gift voucher for the Four Seasons in Dogmersfield, Hampshire on completion of the sale.

  1. The property value must be above the Prime property value threshold (varies depending on location, to be confirmed at market appraisal by Prime Associate)
  2. This offer cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offers or fee reductions
  3. The property must be listed with a Burns & Webber Prime office under a sole agency agreement
  4. The offer is conditional on instructing Burns & Webber Prime prior to 31st December 2022
  5. The property must be marketed for sale with Burns & Webber Prime prior to 31st December 2022
  6. The property sale must complete with Burns & Webber Prime prior to 31st October 2023
  7. The voucher will be purchased from Four Seasons Hampshire by Burns & Webber Prime and presented following completion of the sale and settlement of Burns & Webber Prime fees
  8. The voucher is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Four Seasons Hampshire.
