“I wanted to thank the Cranleigh team. They made what was potentially a problematic sale run as smoothly as it could have done. We had 3-4 weeks to exchange and complete before Christmas. We got there; this can be attributed to the team who worked incredibly hard pushing the move forward, I can't thank them enough. I recommend them 100%.”Clappers Orchard, Alfold
“Thanks to the whole team at Burns and Webber in Cranleigh for their help and understanding when selling my home. Being a first time seller, I was really impressed by the professional and emotional support given by all of the staff. Once again, thank you so much.”Cranleigh Road, Ewhurst
“Great, attentive, personal service. Thanks for selling our house so quickly; and for more than the asking price too.”Stonards Brow, Shamley Green
“We were very happy with the Burns and Webber team - our house sold really quickly and this was in no doubt due to your local knowledge and contacts. Lots of viewings and courtesy so that family life wasn't too disrupted. All of the team came to see the house before taking people round and took interest in the property.”The Green, Ewhurst
“Having moved many times we were delighted that the Cranleigh team were so professional and did everything possible to make what can be a stressful process go so smoothly. The main word is 'team', all the office worked together to bring about the sale and we felt that we could speak to any one of them at any time. 10/10 Burns and Webber!”Broomers Lane, Ewhurst
“You claimed that due to the marketing coverage you have, you would be able to achieve the agreed price and find a buyer within a few weeks. You came up trumps on both counts and expedited a fast completion through the efficiency of your Cranleigh team, many thanks.”Grove Road, Cranleigh

“Burns and Webber are a proper Estate Agents - not only experienced at marketing and finding suitable applicants, but great at negotiating and guiding all parties through the delicate processes to exchange and completion. We highly recommend them.”New Park Road, Cranleigh
“The team at Burns & Webber Cranleigh were immediately successful in selling our house having moved it from another Agent that hadn't been able to sell it for us. Caroline kept everyone informed at all times and did exactly what you need from a professional estate agent. I would happily recommend them to anyone wishing to sell in the area.”The Ridgeway, Cranleigh
“Burns & Webber did a great job marketing our house. After a period of little activity with another agent, they were able to secure us a buyer for the house at full asking price on the first viewing. The sale went through within two months with no hiccups, and we were pleased at the swift, efficient service offered by them.”The Common, Dunsfold
This is not a political commentary. It is simply our view of what we consider will happen in the Surrey property market now that the election is over.
