The 2015 Surrey Property Awards are designed to recognise best practice in all aspects of the property industry. These awards are unlike other property awards, as the winners are not chosen by a panel, but by members of the public.

This is not a political commentary. It is simply our view of what we consider will happen in the Surrey property market now that the election is over.
We anticipate a swell in general activity as the brakes come off for many who have held back from moving this spring until the election was over, irrespective of who might have won. Some have held back, fearful of tax changes (especially at the upper levels of the market) and legislation surrounding property ownership and rental. Most however, held back as part of a national knee jerk reaction.

Burns & Webber are sponsoring the 2015 Holmbury St Mary Summer Flower Show. The 100th Summer Flower Show is being held on Saturday 18th July 2015 at the Village Hall, Felday Glade, Holmbury St Mary RH5 6PG.
Organised by the Holmbury St Mary Horticultural Society, the Flower Shows each year provide opportunities to win glory (and cash, if you're able to enter one of the classes for those aged 15 or under!) for the finest home-grown vegetables, fruit, flowers and plants, or for being judged winners in a number of floral art, handicraft, photography and cookery classes. This year's Summer Show is the 100th, a very special occasion for the village.
