These villages offer a wide choice of property, ranging from small country estates to period cottages and more modern homes, in locations which are within a walk of shops and schools, to those that are 'in the middle of nowhere' and are beautiful rural retreats.
I have lived in this area all my life, so working for Burns & Webber in Cranleigh is like a dream come true. It was an early start for the Burns & Webber Cranleigh Office team on Saturday 2nd August setting up our gazebo at 8am ready for the crowds to start arriving, whilst enjoying bacon sandwiches and a hot cup of coffee! We had a lovely display of properties for sale, our popular competition to enter and, of course, glasses of Pimm's for refreshment.
Our day was busy, with an almost constant stream of visitors! We met lots of lovely people, including past and current clients, who all enjoyed a glass of Pimm's and tried their luck in the 'Guess The Price In 1979' competition.

From April 26th 2014, the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) will take effect. One of the main impacts of this legislation is that all mortgages arranged must go through a fully advised process undertaken by qualified individuals.
Surprisingly, a high number of building society and bank staff do not meet the new rules and will no longer be permitted to offer such advice. This will result in lengthy delays for customers even to get an appointment to see a qualified adviser with regards to their mortgage.
