“I would like to thank everyone at Burns and Webber Godalming, with special thanks to Adam Boshoff for all his help and support during the sad but necessary sale of my house. Exemplary professionalism at all times, but with a wonderful and caring human touch.”High Street Green, Chiddingfold
“We are extremely impressed with David Driscoll (Manager) and his team but especially with Robbie Barklem (Negotiator) who secured our sale and has been very helpful to both ourselves and our buyers. We found them to be very professional, courteous and encouraging at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend the Godalming office.”Pheasant Close, Milford
“We have moved house 20 times, buying and selling rather than renting. On our latest move we used Burns and Webber; Guildford Office for the purchase, Godalming Office for the sale. We can honestly say that Burns and Webber are the best estate agent we have experienced in Surrey and England in over 50 years.”Church View Close, Elstead
“Outstanding service from start to finish that always went the extra mile. Speedy response to all enquiries, dealing with difficult tenants and keeping me fully updated were particularly appreciated. The supportive and positive attitudes of the team made the stress of selling a house from the other side of the world so much better.”Peperharow Road, Godalming
“Thank you for all of your help. Really appreciated the weekly updates as the chain grew. No hesitation in recommending you to friends and neighbours.”Cramhurst Lane, Witley
“At all times the response from the office in answer to any questions has been prompt and efficient. David gets most credit for getting our move over the line. We took references from 2 former neighbours before deciding which agent we would sign up with - we will be happy to provide references to anyone else that asks.”Wolseley Road, Godalming
“Many thanks for the smooth, friendly and professional service. It was a fairly straightforward purchase, nevertheless we felt we received your best attention at all times and were assured that we were in safe hands with Burns and Webber. We could not fault the service and are thrilled with our new home.”Thursley Road, Elstead
The 2015 Surrey Property Awards are designed to recognise best practice in all aspects of the property industry. These awards are unlike other property awards, as the winners are not chosen by a panel, but by members of the public.
Our sister company Curchods have won for the last two years in succession. If you think we deserve it, we'd love you to vote for us.
All votes and comments must be received before 31st October 2015 to qualify. Winners will be announced at the prestigious Awards Ceremony on 18th November 2015 and the results are based not only on the volume of votes received but also the quality of the comments made.

Some have held back, fearful of tax changes (especially at the upper levels of the market) and legislation surrounding property ownership and rental. Most however, held back as part of a national knee jerk reaction.
