“Very impressed with the professional and friendly service we've received from David and his team. Every step of the way they've kept us informed and updated on our sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.”Chalk Road, Godalming
“You helped to make the process feel less hard work than we were expecting. If it wasn't for you showing us Chiddingfold, we more than likely wouldn't have looked at this village. We are really enjoying the village and what it has to offer. You were all very helpful, polite and friendly and we would certainly recommend you to friends.”Petworth Road, Chiddingfold
“We have been buying through you and have been extremely impressed. My responses were dealt with immediately and we were kept in the loop the entire time. I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents in the past, they are usually unreliable and infuriating. Burns and Webber were the exact opposite, I would definitely recommend them.”Franklyn Road, Godalming
“Robbie Barklem (Negotiator) enabled and facilitated dialogue between us and the vendor, which helped clarify both responses and the speed of formal replies to our solicitor. Warm, personable, proactive and responsive, Robbie also displayed genuine empathy. He ensured the speed of the transaction was maximised.”Robin Way, Wormley
“They say selling your house is very stressful - not if you have Robbie Barklem helping you. He acted in a professional manner but just as important he communicated well, was a calming presence throughout and eased through a very trouble free sale. The sale price was achieved, negotiations were efficient and concluded speedily.”Camargue Place, Godalming
“Many thanks for your excellent support and help throughout the process. Robbie Barklem was very helpful in keeping me updated on developments, and helped us turn things round quickly to tight deadlines. ”Camargue Place, Godalming
