HOW DO VIRTUAL VALUATIONS WORK?

When you book your virtual valuation, we will start researching evidence of similar properties nearby that are on the market and have recently sold to help us value your home.

Buyer Demand

Before we speak, we will look at our buyer database to give you an indication of the likely demand for your property before it goes on the market, with whom we can conduct Virtual Viewings.

Historical Data

Our senior property professionals know the local market, in some cases they may have even been inside your home during a previous sale, helping us form a basis for your valuation.

Video Consultation

Video conferencing allows us to join you on a walk around of your property and see its key features before we sit down 'virtually' and present our research to you and provide a valuation figure.
