The Covid-19 pandemic is creating immense challenges worldwide and once again we find ourselves engaged and drawing deeply on our expertise and knowledge in order to provide our clients with the best advice. We are more than up for the challenge, being blessed with a large number of loyal staff, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years.

We are also fortunate to have a group of younger, tech-savvy colleagues who have been hugely innovative in presenting Virtual Valuations and Virtual Viewings of our clients’ properties. It is interesting to see that a number of virtual viewings have resulted in sales being agreed, but where the buyers have never stepped over the threshold.
