Burns & Webber re-open branches and launch exclusive Virtual Viewing technology

We're pleased to announce our doors are open once again and we have introduced some new technology to help keep our staff and clients safe.

People’s housing and moving needs are important for getting life back to some semblance of normality and an essential part in the UK economy.

Whilst our staff are happy to be back at their desks, we do recognise the privilege the government has afforded the property industry by allowing us to be the first to go back to work.

It is absolutely essential we now repay the trust placed in us, by ensuring first and foremost the health and safety of our staff and our customers is top priority. Which is why we have put the following procedures in place so you can trust that your home is in safe hands when it comes to marketing and arranging viewings.

 

Your home is in safe hands with Burns & Webber

Our staff will be resuming work in line with all Government guidelines including:

  • Keeping a 2m distance from their colleagues and customers.
  • Check our clients, buyers and tenants are not self isolating or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not received a positive diagnosis before arranging any physical viewings.
  • All staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE and hand sanitisers for use on appointments.
  • Burns & Webber have employed the latest immersive technology to ensure we have accompanied buyers/tenants on a virtual viewing before any physical viewings take place.
  • Sellers and tenants will be asked to temporarily vacate the property during a physical viewing and open all windows and doors for good ventilation where possible.
  • Those entering clients properties will be advised as to precautionary Health & Safety steps to be taken.

Since lockdown began we have received 4000 enquiries from buyers and tenants, so as we re-open our branches and start to repatriate staff, we are excited to announce the launch of our exclusive 3D Showcase Virtual Viewing technology.
